Founder | Lead Injector
Karinn brings over nine years of specialized experience in aesthetic medicine and patient-centered care. With advanced training in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and laser treatments, she delivers refined, natural-looking results that enhance beauty while preserving authenticity.
A registered nurse since 2016 and Nurse Practitioner graduate, Karinn is known for her welcoming and approachable style. Her background in primary care deeply informs her aesthetic practice, allowing her to view each client through a holistic lens that prioritizes overall health, balance, and long-term well-being. Clients value her ability to create subtle yet transformative outcomes, along with her commitment to accessible, empowering care.
Karinn is passionate about optimizing health from the inside out and believes aesthetics and wellness are deeply connected. This philosophy led her to expand her practice to include medically guided wellness and metabolic health services, helping patients feel their best—not just look their best. She is deeply committed to ongoing education and safety, regularly attending advanced in-person and virtual trainings, to remain at the forefront of technique, innovation, and patient care. Outside the office, Karinn enjoys time at home with her husband and two sons, Dax and Holden. A proud mom, professional thrift shopper, and Diet Coke addict, she brings the same passion and joy to her personal life as she does to her practice.
Caroline Adams, LE
Licensed Esthetician | Certified Acne Expert
As a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Acne Expert at Ember Aesthetics, Caroline Adams specializes in corrective, holistic treatments, with a focus on acne and anti-aging, and has been a valued team member since 2023.
With three years of experience in the aesthetics industry, advanced training as a certified acne expert, and specialized education in microneedling, Caroline excels at creating results-driven, customized treatment plans. She is known for her consistent, compassionate care and her ability to guide clients toward achieving clear, healthy skin with confidence.
Caroline’s approach emphasizes a holistic and highly personalized philosophy, ensuring every client receives long-lasting results tailored to their unique skin concerns and goals. She is particularly skilled at creating a comfortable, non-judgmental environment where every client feels supported, empowered, and confident throughout their skincare journey. Outside of the treatment room, you’ll probably find Caroline spending time with her cats or jetting off to her next city with partner Danny to explore and try international cuisine.
Carson Zelanko, BSN, RN, CMCN
Wellness Nurse | Aesthetic Injector
As a Wellness & Aesthetic Nurse at Ember Aesthetics, Carson specializes in advanced neurotoxin techniques, GLP-1 management, and cellular health optimization. She has been a valued team member since 2025.
With years of experience in the industry, Carson excels at delivering results that balance structure, function, and physiology. She is known for her precision, holistic perspective, insightful consultations, and her ability to educate patients in a way that feels empowering.
Carson’s approach combines personalized, evidence-based care for ultimate safety, natural results, and longevity. Her clinical expertise includes lower-face and functional neurotoxin, metabolic support, and cellular hormone optimization through injectable vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Carson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and is a Board Certified Managed Care Nurse, bringing expertise in care coordination, patient education, and evidence-based clinical decision-making. She stays current with advancements in aesthetic and wellness medicine through ongoing professional education and clinical practice. A native of the Lake Raystown region, Carson enjoys time in nature, porch sitting with a cup of coffee, meaningful connection, and contributing to Ember Aesthetics’ mission of cultivating confidence, elevating care, and comprehensive wellness.
